We’re pleased to welcome Kipsu as the newest addition to our Vendor Integration Program! By integrating with Quore, Kipsu’s guest messaging solution improves hotel operations by streamlining guest communications and requests from the front-of-house team to back-of-house operations.
When texting with hotel guests through Kipsu, hotel users can send work orders and fulfill requests directly with Quore, which eliminates manual and duplicate entries across the two systems. By submitting requests and communicating status updates to guests within the Kipsu dashboard, hotels reduce inefficiencies, drive transparency and support operational productivity.
And the pilot program at the 120-room Holiday Inn Charleston Historic Downtown validated just that! The hotel staff saw an overall improvement in work order and guest request processes throughout the property, meaning they decreased the amount of time from request to fulfillment and improved guest service by providing timely updates.
